We dreamed it, designed it, and brought it to life. The SafeBeBag brand was born during a vacation that changed our lives forever. Bali, a beautiful paradise where we thought we could finally relax. But even amidst the beauty, we couldn’t stop worrying about our valuables. At first, we felt reassured seeing our beach bag within sight, but soon enough, it was gone. We realized it had been stolen, along with our phones, money, and credit cards. Desperately searching for a safer solution, we found nothing.
That’s when the idea struck: let’s create a bag that’s not only practical but also theft proof.
We created the first SafeBeBag prototype using our own resources. We began selling it as part of a pilot project during different seasons of the year. The start was promising, but we had to pause the project during the COVID pandemic.
In 2023, we appeared on the show Shar Tank Hungary (Cápák Között) and secured an investor, Lakatos István, who helped us relaunch the brand. The demand was overwhelming, and we sold out all our products in less than nine months.
Following the feedback from our customers, we continually improved and perfected our products. In the fall of 2024, we revamped our website and customer service, while also restructuring our company. We expanded our product range with new lines like the SafeBeBag CARBON, URBAN, and MATES, and further refined our earlier products to better meet customer needs.
In the end of 2024, the URBAN and MATES collections become available and our third-generation SafeBeBag BEACH along with our new CARBON family is for PRE-ORDER. Our mission is to provide stylish, high-quality, and secure bags and accessories that offer maximum protection and comfort, whether for everyday use or your next vacation.
By Q2 2025, we will launch our international sales and expand onto Amazon, making SafeBeBag products available worldwide. Alongside this, we will begin developing new, innovative products, which we plan to introduce in fall 2025. Our goal is to continuously expand our offerings and provide even greater security and comfort to our customers globally.
